MEET THE CHEF
Chef Jorge who comes from humble beginnings grew up in Tijuana, Mexico. He was first introduced to cooking by helping his mother, Norma Delgado around the kitchen, where he fell in love with cooking.
He has worked with amazing chefs such as Jean Pierre, Attila Pollok, Sydney Hunter, and Eric Greenspan. Chef Jorge has worked at prestigious restaurants and events including the Emmy Awards.
Biest is an extension of Chef Jorge’s passion for cooking and showing how fire can have an amazing impact on food taste.
Everything prepared at Biest is cooked with Australian Blue Gum Wood. Ingredients used at Biest are of the highest quality. supporting local vendors and farmers in our community.
FARM TO TABLE
At BIEST we work instinctively with fire in all its forms and seasonal ingredients. Our kitchen uses two wood-fired ovens, three grills, and a wood-burning hearth. Our open kitchen allows guests a clear view of the action that unfolds in the kitchen.
